Market Manager, Tennessee (Remote)

Support Premium Guard’s automotive aftermarket national accounts through customer relationship management, territory sales growth, product support, and reporting. The role involves frequent travel.

Description

  • Oversee the daily needs of key national accounts to strengthen customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Develop relationships across national account organizations and with their customers.
  • Pursue product introductions and new business opportunities for key national accounts.
  • Advise customers on products and their technical features.
  • Coordinate product changeovers and obtain unit box orders to increase revenue.
  • Take part in customer events, including open houses, trade shows, sales seminars, and other gatherings.
  • Provide marketing materials to installers.
  • Review reports, documents, and correspondence about territory operations.
  • Create recurring reports for management and customers using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Help national accounts launch new stores.
  • Join customer ride-alongs and sales calls to professional installers.
  • Discuss specific product concerns with installers and consumers.
  • Complete other assigned duties related to the role.

Requirements

  • Be able to drive and fly extensively; travel averages about 10 nights per month.
  • Have a college degree or equivalent work experience; preferred.
  • Bring at least five years of regional sales experience.
