- Oversee the daily needs of key national accounts to strengthen customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Develop relationships across national account organizations and with their customers.
- Pursue product introductions and new business opportunities for key national accounts.
- Advise customers on products and their technical features.
- Coordinate product changeovers and obtain unit box orders to increase revenue.
- Take part in customer events, including open houses, trade shows, sales seminars, and other gatherings.
- Provide marketing materials to installers.
- Review reports, documents, and correspondence about territory operations.
- Create recurring reports for management and customers using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Help national accounts launch new stores.
- Join customer ride-alongs and sales calls to professional installers.
- Discuss specific product concerns with installers and consumers.
- Complete other assigned duties related to the role.
