Description
- Deliver accurate and timely financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Generate insights for business decisions and performance management
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results
- Explain variances against actual results, budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance
- Advise business leaders and influence decisions as a trusted finance partner
- Recommend site-efficiency improvements to plants, sales teams, and management
- Advance reporting through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Promote and uphold Group policies across the organization
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field
- Approximately 4–5 years of experience in controlling or finance
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SAP
- Ability to work independently and effectively under time constraints
- Analytical, proactive, and self-directed approach
- Ability to convert financial and operational data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with finance automation, digital tools, or AI is an advantage
- Logistics knowledge is an advantage
