Legal Operations Engineer — NVIDIA (Remote, California)

Build software, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows for NVIDIA’s in-house legal team. Automate legal intake, contract processes, intellectual property operations, and spend analytics.

Description

  • Create and document software tools, scripts, and automated workflows that improve legal department processes
  • Connect and enhance CounselLink, Anaqua, and DocuSign CLM with enterprise systems, APIs, custom tools, and automated data pipelines
  • Develop end-to-end technical solutions for legal intake triage, contract automation, intellectual property operations, and spend analytics
  • Partner with the Legal Operations manager, attorneys, paralegals, IT, and Finance to turn legal workflows into scalable software solutions
  • Maintain user documentation, system architecture, and infrastructure to support the stability and security of internal tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of professional experience in software development or automation engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and document complete solutions from start to finish
  • Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations
  • Curiosity about legal team operations and corporate law, with a willingness to learn
  • Experience creating integrations or custom tools for internal workflows
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as DocuSign, Anaqua, or CounselLink
  • Practical experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code tools such as Retool, Streamlit, or Power Automate
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
  • Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and developing AI-driven enterprise solutions
