Learning Facilitator – Generative AI, Content Creation and Marketing Automation (Remote, Germany)
Teach practical generative AI, marketing, and content creation at WBS Training, an education provider. Guide learners in AI tools, digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
Description
- Deliver subject-specific training remotely from home through WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Use varied teaching approaches to plan and conduct lessons
- Develop instructional materials that align with the curriculum
- Assess participants’ competencies
- Select, configure, and apply established AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n
- Produce, refine, and assess media generated with AI
- Teach hands-on AI applications across the marketing lifecycle
- Create forward-looking learning concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce
- Track developments in AI tools and trends while building expertise independently
- Represent the subject area as an engaged and forward-thinking trainer
- Help participants strengthen their professional capabilities and prepare for labor-market integration
Requirements
- A completed vocational qualification or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, marketing, or a related field
- Proven professional experience with generative AI
- Practical fluency with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable large language models
- Knowledge of prompt engineering
- Experience using AI tools to generate images and video
- Understanding of AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI
- Documented adult-education experience, including at least 600 hours of training delivery
- Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, such as an AEVO trainer certification
- Strong methodological and didactic ability to deliver learning content
- Ability to make complex subjects accessible to learners with varying levels of experience
- Self-directed, organized approach with a high level of personal accountability
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Very strong command of the instructional language, with German at C2 level
- Professional work experience supporting at least two areas of specialization
- Digital marketing expertise covering data-driven strategies, SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, and online-marketing law
- Social media expertise covering content creation, video, Reels, storytelling, community management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, influencer marketing, media law, and branding
- E-commerce expertise covering data-driven marketing, e-commerce strategy, marketplace positioning, online-store development and optimization, CMS platforms, HTML5, and SEO/SEA for e-commerce
