Lead Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

Lead presales strategy and solution architecture for FIS financial technology platforms. Present secure cloud and managed-services solutions to financial-services clients across the United States and Canada.

Description

  • Direct presales strategy and technical delivery for complex opportunities
  • Present solution architectures and value propositions to executive and technical stakeholders
  • Explain the benefits of secure, scalable cloud and managed-services architectures
  • Apply AI-enabled and interactive tools to streamline presentations, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, vendor questionnaires, and solution design reviews
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and Delivery teams to strengthen internal processes and coordination
  • Develop sales materials and review contractual terms when required
  • Coach and support other presales architects
  • Address complex issues involving FIS Capital Markets products and related operational processes
  • Lead complete solution offerings and presales strategy for managed services, SaaS, and cloud-hosted Capital Markets platforms
  • Support sales teams in responding to recurring and specialized client and prospect needs

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS, Azure or private cloud, SaaS, and managed services
  • Ability to incorporate modern AI-enabled tools, including Copilot and image or video generation, into work processes
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Must be located in the United States or Canada
  • AWS or Azure certification is advantageous
  • Experience in Capital Markets or another regulated industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of competitors and their managed cloud service offerings is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of FIS and its Capital Markets solutions is advantageous
