Key Account Executive – Northern Virginia
Manage and grow Labcorp’s healthcare laboratory accounts across Northern Virginia. Build client relationships, support retention, resolve service issues, and drive upsell growth.

- Educate clients, provide account instruction, and pursue upsell opportunities across the assigned territory
- Serve as the primary link between clients and Labcorp’s operations team on customer needs
- Deliver ongoing account support and resolve client issues
- Promote customer retention through responsive, high-quality service
- Develop persuasive solutions tailored to client requirements
- Oversee clients’ daily account operations
- Expand the existing business portfolio to generate organic growth
- Partner with senior sales representatives to increase account growth
- Provide clients with relevant educational resources
- Achieve or surpass monthly retention and upsell targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least three years of outside sales or account management experience preferred
- Experience selling diagnostics, medical, or laboratory services preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Healthcare industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel overnight when required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Residence in or near Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, or the surrounding territory preferred
