- Help manage and improve existing YouTube channels
- Support the launch of new channel concepts and formats
- Prepare videos for publication

- Coordinate with acquisition and production teams
- Build skills in content operations, audience growth, channel strategy, and platform management
Requirements
- A strong interest in YouTube, social media, and digital content
- Basic familiarity with YouTube Studio and the YouTube platform
- Experience with simple video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
- A creative eye for thumbnails and content presentation
- An analytical mindset and curiosity about what helps content perform well
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Good English skills
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop in the role
