Description
- Consolidate weekly and monthly reports across multiple workstreams
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, milestones, and execution plans
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items
- Maintain the quality and consistency of team-reported information
- Prepare analyses and progress reports for the program
- Contribute to executive dashboard development
- Consolidate performance and value-delivery metrics
- Analyze variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Help prepare workshops, meetings, and working sessions
- Support discovery, assessment, and planning activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Develop presentations and materials for governance meetings
- Maintain accurate and current project documentation
- Help manage information and knowledge repositories
- Document and monitor project decisions and actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, industrial engineering and management, information systems, management, economics, data science, or a related field
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Smartsheet or willingness to learn it
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Interest in technology, digital transformation, and project management
- Ability to interpret and organize information effectively
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach and eagerness to learn
