Junior Last-Mile Planning Analyst
Support RD Saúde’s delivery platforms and operations as part of the Multichannel team. Analyze data, resolve inconsistencies, and help automate recurring operational processes.
Description
- Support the Multichannel team in maintaining and continuously improving RD Saúde’s delivery operations.
- Manage registrations, platform configurations, and validations to ensure delivery offerings work correctly across branches.
- Collect, process, and analyze data to track performance indicators and inform operational decisions.
- Investigate discrepancies, determine their root causes, and recommend improvements to processes and workflows.
- Spot opportunities for automation and help build or improve solutions that reduce repetitive work and increase efficiency.
- Track platform activations, tables, deadlines, and operational changes, completing the required post-change validations.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Interest in data analysis, process improvement, and automation.
- Familiarity with automation and analytics tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with Copilot or other artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with delivery platforms is a plus.
