Junior Billing Analyst – São Paulo (Hybrid)
Junior billing analyst responsible for issuing, reviewing, and tracking billing and tax documents. This hybrid role is based in São Paulo and supports customers and internal teams.
Description
- Issue and review invoices for services and products
- Prepare invoices, payment slips, and other billing documents
- Track billing activities from receiving required information through delivering documentation to customers
- Check registration data, amounts, commercial terms, and other details needed for document issuance
- Track completed billings, outstanding items, cancellations, and required corrections
- Handle customer and internal requests and explain billing-related questions
- Maintain accurate department records in systems and spreadsheets
- Assist with other administrative and financial activities for the department
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related discipline
- Prior experience with billing processes or related financial work
- Knowledge of preparing and reviewing electronic invoices
- Basic understanding of taxes, withholdings, and tax documentation
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Preferred: experience with SAP, TOTVS, or another widely used ERP platform
- Preferred: experience handling service billing
- Preferred: experience supporting customers and working with commercial, finance, or accounting teams
