Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst - Accenture Hybrid Brazil
Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst supporting Accenture’s Order to Cash operations in Brazil. Reconcile receipts, resolve payment discrepancies, and prepare financial analyses using Excel and SAP S/4HANA.
Description
- Oversee Order to Cash (O2C) activities, applying receipts accurately and recording financial transactions
- Analyze and reconcile customer payments as part of the Cash Application process
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and suspense account discrepancies
- Produce operational reports and financial analyses in Microsoft Excel
- Support cash flow and revenue cycle management to improve financial visibility
- Maintain records and controls within SAP S/4HANA
- Work with internal teams and customers to monitor and resolve outstanding financial matters
Requirements
- Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated analytical ability and careful attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Capacity to collaborate with teams across multiple departments
- Clear communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and customers
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational problems
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency is preferred
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation and payment analysis is preferred
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency is preferred
