IT Project Manager, CTO’s Operating Partner

Partner with Power Digital’s CTO to coordinate technology portfolios, operating rhythms, vendors, budgets, and executive reporting at an AI-native growth firm.

Description

  • Oversee the Technology portfolio and maintain a reliable record of IT, Security, and Product initiatives.
  • Monitor initiative owners, timelines, progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Manage operating routines, including leadership agendas and notes, action tracking, vendor and contract renewal calendars, salary-cap and budget tracking, and executive report preparation.
  • Coordinate vendors, procurement follow-ups, hiring logistics with Talent, cross-functional requests, and documentation.
  • Ensure commitments are met by following up, identifying blockers, escalating with recommendations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
  • Apply AI tools to improve and streamline business processes.
  • Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of the department.
  • Report to the CTO and support the Technology organization across IT, Security, and Product.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs spanning multiple workstreams using a work-management tool.
  • Strong written English, including the ability to turn unstructured updates into executive-ready status reports or decision memos.
  • Comfort managing budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement processes.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to track IT, security, and software work and ask informed questions.
  • Consistent, considerate follow-up and confidence holding senior stakeholders accountable for commitments.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Availability during US business hours, with the ability to respond after hours on short notice.
