Description

  • Build, deploy, operate, and enhance Windows and Linux server environments
  • Administer virtualization, storage, and backup platforms to support infrastructure continuity
  • Manage Windows Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Support enterprise applications and services running on Windows and Linux, including email and business systems
  • Oversee infrastructure support services such as monitoring, patching, configuration management, and access control
  • Schedule and deliver operating system patches and infrastructure upgrades in line with company policies
  • Lead small and mid-sized infrastructure projects while contributing to larger initiatives
  • Qualify, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure systems for performance and reliability
  • Keep infrastructure asset records, warranty information, and associated service details accurate
  • Coordinate infrastructure suppliers, including deliveries, contracts, and vendor activities
  • Create and update technical documentation, operating procedures, and system standards
  • Partner with Network & Connectivity and Cloud & Modern Workplace teams on cross-functional infrastructure work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
  • Substantial practical experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Hands-on knowledge of virtualization technologies
  • Experience administering Windows and/or Linux servers
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure services, including PKI and email/MTA technologies
  • Practical knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Background designing, delivering, and managing infrastructure projects
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring, patching, and configuration management
  • Ability to diagnose complex infrastructure problems and produce thorough technical documentation
  • Experience with VMware, Proxmox, or Hyper-V
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Experience using Azure Arc and Azure Update Manager
  • Experience with Zabbix or comparable infrastructure monitoring tools
  • Experience with PowerShell or another scripting language and infrastructure automation
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Sendmail, or Postfix
  • Experience with Veeam or comparable backup platforms
  • Working familiarity with ITIL, change management, qualification, and validation practices
  • Relevant Microsoft, virtualization, Linux, or other infrastructure certifications
