Inside Sales Specialist - CUBE Bikes (On-site, Germany)
Support customer orders, product advice, delivery coordination, and export documentation for CUBE Bikes in an on-site inside sales role in Germany.
Description
- Handle customer enquiries and orders
- Organize and follow up on trade fairs and training sessions, attending when required
- Advise customers on the product range
- Coordinate production and delivery schedules
- Work closely with field sales, service, accounting, and other internal teams
- Ensure dangerous goods shipments comply with legal requirements
- Prepare export documentation
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, ideally within the bicycle or sports industry
- Native-level German or equivalent language proficiency is preferred
- Very strong Polish language skills
- English proficiency is advantageous
- Strong organizational abilities
- Collaborative team-working skills
- Resilience and confidence in asserting decisions
- Capacity to work independently
- Basic technical aptitude
