Description

  • Manage federation and entitlement models across cloud accounts
  • Automate joiner, mover, and leaver access processes
  • Develop workload identity patterns that replace long-lived credentials and standing access
  • Implement cloud entitlement recertification and generate audit evidence
  • Onboard applications to single sign-on
  • Partner with application teams to review access designs
  • Connect cloud entitlements with the enterprise identity governance platform
  • Design workload and machine identity patterns, including service roles and OIDC pipeline integrations

Requirements

  • At least six years of relevant IAM, security, or platform engineering experience, including three or more years specializing in cloud identity
  • A related bachelor’s degree is required
  • Advanced AWS and Azure IAM experience, including cross-account access, federation, and permission boundaries
  • Practical experience with SSO and federation platforms
  • Experience connecting enterprise identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, or Ping with cloud environments
  • Hands-on Terraform experience
  • Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
  • Experience working in environments governed by HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, FedRAMP, or NIST 800-53
  • Must obtain a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) license within 180 days of hire
