Description
- Assist with HR projects and assignments that support the HR function and wider business
- Deliver day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Handle employee questions and requests
- Administer employee benefits on a daily basis
- Provide additional support for HR projects as needed
- Maintain HRIS data and employee records
- File and update documentation in employee records
Requirements
- Currently studying with grades of 2.1 or above
- Able to gather information effectively and learn quickly
- Able to take ownership of tasks and projects while overcoming obstacles
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal awareness
- Keeps team members informed and updated
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Communicates with a very high level of clarity
- Shows confidence, sound judgment, enthusiasm, commitment, and ethical conduct
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
