Hepatology Sales Representative – Taipei, Taiwan

Hospital sales representative responsible for clinician relationships, territory planning, and scientific engagement supporting GSK vaccines and specialty medicines across Taiwan. Help improve patient access through field-based collaboration with healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Description

  • Develop and sustain trusted partnerships with hospital specialists, multidisciplinary teams, and decision-makers.
  • Plan and deliver territory strategies designed to achieve sales goals and expand patient access.
  • Provide healthcare professionals with clear, accurate scientific and clinical information.
  • Work with medical, market access, and commercial teams to coordinate local initiatives.
  • Analyse market, performance, and competitor information to identify opportunities and improve territory plans.
  • Oversee territory activities, budgets, and CRM documentation in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Engage healthcare professionals and coordinate with local colleagues throughout the assigned territory.
  • Advance patient access and care through practical, patient-centred plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least three years of field sales experience working with hospital-based healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong spoken and written Mandarin communication skills.
  • Conversational English is an advantage.
  • Confidence using CRM platforms and basic data analysis to guide territory decisions.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
  • Experience in a teaching hospital or large medical centre is advantageous.
  • Experience in specialty medicines, vaccines, oncology, or a related therapeutic area is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and explain findings clearly to clinicians is advantageous.
  • An established network of hospital contacts in Taiwan is advantageous.
  • Experience contributing to cross-functional or matrix teams is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, including budget and territory-plan management, are advantageous.
