- Direct all content production for Hercules
- Lead a team of approximately 10 employees and contractors
- Set and improve content quality standards across the company
- Determine the market angles and messaging the company pursues
- Drive content strategy and production across SEO, blogs, social media, product announcements, case studies, Google Ads, and additional channels
- Own the static-image content strategy, primarily for Meta
- Direct video content for paid YouTube and Meta advertising, customer stories, and announcements
- Manage content across paid and organic channels
- Support hiring and management of writers, editors, designers, and other creators
Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in long-form writing and written communication
- Strong command of search intent, content structure, on-page SEO, internal linking, content refreshes, and ranking strategy
- Proven ability to create content that ranks and converts audiences into paying customers
- Working familiarity with technical topics including APIs, authentication, hosting, and role-based access control
- Ability to use advanced AI tools to produce more than 50 high-quality articles monthly
- Experience managing at least 15 people
- Availability to work in US time zones when remote
- Willingness to travel regularly to the office when remote
