Graphic Designer – Lifely (Remote, Philippines)

Create paid-social, website, email, and campaign assets for Lifely’s ecommerce home and family brands. Use brand-led design and CRO testing to improve customer journeys and conversion.

Description

  • Create engaging, brand-consistent content for multiple brands and channels.
  • Develop high-converting static assets and variations for acquisition, retention, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Use AI tools to produce quality creative while avoiding low-value or generic output.
  • Improve customer journeys through website design and conversion-focused CRO work.
  • Deliver accurate work on schedule while responding effectively to changing priorities.
  • Produce advertisements, campaign key visuals, organic social posts, product graphics, and promotional assets.
  • Partner with Creative and Performance Marketing teams on ads evaluated through ROAS and engagement.
  • Adapt successful advertisements for use across additional brands and channels.
  • Design website banners, landing-page sections, email graphics, product imagery, and campaign modules.
  • Strengthen CRO experiments through improved layouts, hierarchy, calls to action, and product messaging.
  • Create designs that support mobile readability, accessibility, and customer trust.
  • Maintain each brand’s visual identity through consistent typography, colour, spacing, imagery, and tone.
  • Select imagery, present products effectively, and build compelling visual stories.
  • Interpret briefs, clarify requirements, organize work across deadlines, and raise risks early.
  • Manage smaller projects from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Provide progress updates to Mansell and the broader marketing team.
  • Work with creative, copy, ecommerce, performance marketing, brand, and external partner teams.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Review spelling, pricing, layouts, product details, links, dimensions, and export quality.
  • Keep editable source files organized with clear version naming.
  • Assess creative performance and apply findings to future design work.
  • Stay current with AI design, ecommerce, and social creative developments.
  • Complete a practical assessment featuring one static paid-social concept and one landing-page or email adaptation.
  • Produce at least 24 approved, useful design outputs during the first 90 days, depending on agreed brief volume.
  • Support at least 24 CRO or design experiments when suitable opportunities are available.
  • Evaluate AI tools, convert useful outputs into marketing assets, quality-check AI-assisted work, and share effective methods with the creative team.

Requirements

  • At least two years of commercial graphic or digital design experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating paid-social, ecommerce, campaign, branding, or other digital design work.
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or comparable tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to develop clear creative variations from a single brief.
  • Familiarity with social, website, email, and digital advertising formats.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Open to learning and receiving direct feedback.
  • A design degree is helpful but not required when supported by a strong portfolio and practical ability.
  • UI or UX experience is desirable.
  • Landing-page or CRO design experience is desirable.
  • Email design experience is desirable.
  • Motion design or short-form video experience is desirable.
  • Experience in furniture, home, family, lifestyle, or ecommerce is desirable.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools is desirable.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Higgsfield, or other relevant tools.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to connect design decisions with customer actions.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands and channels.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply AI tools in practical creative workflows.
  • Ability to review AI-assisted work for product accuracy, claims, copy, brand requirements, and overall quality.
