Geospatial Data and Intelligence Analyst | Reservas Votorantim | São Paulo Hybrid
Geospatial data analyst supporting Reservas Votorantim’s conservation, carbon, and green economy initiatives through spatial analysis, WebGIS, dashboards, and automation.
Description
- Conduct spatial, territorial, and quantitative analyses that inform strategic, operational, environmental, and commercial decisions.
- Contribute to new-business assessments, feasibility studies, and opportunity identification.
- Organize, integrate, and maintain the quality of geographic, cadastral, and corporate databases.
- Create maps, WebGIS solutions, and ArcGIS and Power BI dashboards that connect geospatial information with business metrics.
- Automate data-processing, refresh, and distribution workflows.
- Prepare technical documentation and executive presentations for leadership.
- Work with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to turn business needs into analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Cartographic and Surveying Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Geology, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience with geoprocessing, spatial analysis, GIS, and cartographic production.
- Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Online.
- Experience using Python and SQL for data processing, analysis, and automation.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
- Preferred experience includes QGIS, Google Earth Engine, ArcPy or ModelBuilder; APIs and data integration; remote sensing, drones, GPS/GNSS, and multicriteria analysis; ArcGIS Dashboards, Survey123, Field Maps, Experience Builder, and StoryMaps; artificial intelligence for business; and environmental, territorial, conservation, or natural-asset projects.
- Strong analytical ability and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Ability to understand how territory, data, and business processes interact as a system.
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
