Description
- Assess client-submitted requests for product improvements and enhancements
- Prepare business requirements and functional specifications
- Create test plans and automate testing for new and existing functionality
- Conduct regression testing to verify that updates do not disrupt existing features
- Track changes in public-sector regulations
- Translate relevant laws, decrees, and circulars into product requirements
- Support Agile ways of working across Development teams
- Join refinement meetings, sprint planning, and end-of-sprint demonstrations
- Introduce new features to Development teams
- Work closely with Development, Product Marketing, Sales Management, and User Support
Requirements
- Specialized education or training in Public Finance
- At least five years of experience with a software publisher or within a public-sector organization
- Solid understanding of public-sector accounting
- Strong analytical, summarization, and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated initiative, organization, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Follow Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework for using AI tools
