Full-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer - Pickerington, OH

Represent Mondelēz snack brands in Pickerington-area stores by stocking products, placing orders, maintaining displays, and supporting store relationships.

Description

  • Represent Mondelēz snack brands in retail stores and serve as the in-store brand representative
  • Provide responsive customer service to store teams and shoppers
  • Complete scheduled store visits under Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards and capture display photos through DMI
  • Develop working relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
  • Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays properly stocked
  • Set up promotional displays and verify compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
  • Work according to the daily schedule and priorities provided by the RTM
  • Assist with seasonal sales activity, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
  • Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
  • Transfer products from stock rooms to sales floors and replenish store shelves
  • Perform the role’s physical responsibilities safely

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Bring a positive, professional, self-directed approach and the ability to work independently
  • Use a personally owned vehicle with valid insurance to travel among store locations
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds
  • Retail or grocery experience is advantageous
  • Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary Pickerington, Ohio location
  • Be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Be available to start at 7:00 AM
