Full Stack Web Developer – Denver, Onsite
Develop secure React and Python/Node.js web applications supporting CACI’s national security missions. Deliver scalable full-stack solutions from architecture and implementation through deployment.
Description
- Develop responsive, scalable, high-performance software for national security applications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain frontend and backend functionality
- Own development work from initial concept through production deployment
- Define application and system architecture
- Build frontend and backend features
- Connect applications to databases and external data sources
- Maintain strong standards for application performance, reliability, and security
- Create modern web applications with React.js and Flask or Express.js
- Develop RESTful APIs and connect them to diverse data sources
- Build responsive interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks
- Create PostgreSQL schemas, improve query performance, and protect data integrity
- Convert UX/UI wireframes and mockups into working interfaces
- Review code and follow Git-based version control practices
- Investigate full-stack defects and optimize application performance
- Maintain clear technical documentation
- Contribute to agile delivery and the development of innovative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline
- At least five years of professional web development experience
- Advanced experience with React.js and modern JavaScript or TypeScript development
- Hands-on experience creating backend APIs with Flask and Python or Express.js and Node.js
- Proficiency in Python, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and developing efficient SQL queries
- Solid knowledge of RESTful API design principles
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development practices
- A methodical approach to problem-solving, detail, and code quality
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required
