Description

  • Build and maintain client-facing web applications and smaller backend services
  • Contribute within a cross-functional Agile team spanning frontend, backend, QA, business analysis, and Product
  • Work with international stakeholders, primarily based in the US and UK
  • Provide technical ownership and help advance engineering best practices
  • Apply modern AI tools to resolve technical issues and improve development efficiency
  • Investigate technical problems and determine effective solutions
  • Help strengthen the technical capabilities and professional development of colleagues
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions while contributing to DevOps and related codebases
  • Develop client-facing banking applications as part of a cross-functional Agile team
  • Take ownership of several high-profile web applications and their supporting backend services

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional web development experience
  • Strong practical experience with React and Angular
  • Working knowledge of backend technologies
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Comfort working in an AI-assisted development environment
  • Willingness to learn and contribute across adjacent technical areas
  • Strong ability to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated motivation for continued professional learning and growth
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality software and continuously improving existing solutions
  • Preferred: substantial experience designing or consuming REST APIs
  • Preferred: advanced TypeScript expertise
  • Preferred: experience with DevOps, especially CI/CD and automation
  • Preferred: knowledge of financial markets, banking, or wealth management
  • Preferred: experience in adjacent fields such as Product, UX, Business Analytics, or Information Mapping
  • Preferred: previous experience in enterprise software environments
