Freelance Licensed Physician AI Trainer
US-based licensed physicians evaluate medical AI outputs and design clinical reasoning tasks. Project-based, flexible part-time freelance work supporting Mindrift’s AI training programs.
Description
- Evaluate and annotate AI-generated health content
- Review clinical-question responses for medical accuracy and safety
- Classify AI outputs using defined quality standards
- Develop realistic, complex tasks involving fragmented patient data, conditional procedures, and diagnostic reasoning
- Create detailed task variants with objective scoring criteria
- Write less-guided task variants that challenge AI agents to reason independently
- Deliver project work on time and according to stated acceptance criteria
Requirements
- US-based practicing physician or another licensed clinical professional
- Medical degree, or a related degree such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics supported by clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Current, valid US authorization to practice, such as a medical license for physicians or the applicable state license for related roles
- Active clinical practice
- At least three years of hands-on clinical experience
- Strong written English at C1 level or higher
- English-language CV
- English proficiency level provided in the application
- Board certification is an advantage
- Specialists and experienced senior practitioners are encouraged to apply
