Lead production deployments of OpenAI’s frontier models for strategic customers in Singapore. Build full-stack systems, drive adoption, and channel customer insights into product and research improvements.
Description
- Lead end-to-end production deployments of frontier models for strategic customers.
- Drive discovery, technical scoping, system design, implementation, and production launch.
- Manage technical delivery across multiple deployments, from prototype through stable production.
- Develop full-stack systems that create measurable customer value.
- Work closely with customer teams to understand needs and support adoption.
- Define scope, sequence delivery, and resolve obstacles.
- Balance scope, delivery speed, and quality when making implementation decisions.
- Write production code directly when required.
- Turn effective working practices into tools, playbooks, and reusable components.
- Bring field insights to Research and Product teams to improve models and products.
- Partner with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Fluent business-level Korean communication skills.
- At least five years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous settings.
- Ability to write and review production-quality frontend and backend code in Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by large language models or generative models.
- Understanding of how model behavior influences product experiences.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Authorization to work in the job’s country or ability to address applicable visa sponsorship requirements.
