Description
- Support the department’s administrative activities
- Oversee corporate customer service processes and reporting across Localiza
- Track and control vehicle utilization across the fleet
- Promote fleet efficiency and ensure vehicles receive appropriate maintenance
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance monitoring
- Create recurring reports on fleet performance and maintenance expenses
- Track operating costs and identify opportunities to reduce spending
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to support smooth operations
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Background in fleet administration or a related field is advantageous
- Category B driver’s license is preferred
