Financial Services Operations Manager — GE HealthCare (Remote, US)
Manage lease and loan documentation and support Odessa systems for GE HealthCare’s medical technology business. Maintain compliance and audit readiness while improving operational processes.
Description
- Act as the team’s lead resource for legal documentation related to leases, contracts, and other transactions.
- Configure, update, and test tags used in lease and loan documents.
- Check tag logic and the accuracy of related data mappings.
- Help implement new document requirements and improve templates.
- Create, review, organize, and maintain records to meet legal, compliance, and operational standards.
- Track documentation requirements and keep records complete, accessible, and ready for audit.
- Check document quality and help correct records that are missing, incomplete, miscategorized, or stored incorrectly.
- Support records management and document retention.
- Take on projects involving documentation, systems, compliance, process improvement, or team operations.
- Coordinate project work, gather requirements, track action items, and help deliver work through completion.
- Find ways to improve operational processes from start to finish.
- Promote consistent, accessible, and efficient processes.
- Create or revise job aids, templates, trackers, process maps, and standard work instructions.
- Manage recurring documentation work alongside shifting priorities and urgent requests.
- Support the Odessa system and contribute to operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field plus 4 years of leasing and loan operations or documentation experience; alternatively, a master’s degree or MBA plus at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience with LeaseWave, Odessa, or a similar lease and loan management platform is preferred.
- CFA, CPA, or CTP certification is preferred.
- Experience working with Legal teams on contract documents, template management, or records processes.
- Knowledge of DocuSign templates and tagging concepts.
- Experience managing metadata and document repositories.
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, data mapping, or system integrations.
- Knowledge of records retention, document governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Experience supporting system implementations, data cleanup, document migrations, process improvements, or other operational projects.
- Ability to work independently, learn processes quickly, and adapt to a range of team needs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to complete a drug screen when applicable.
