Finance Analyst II - RTX Hybrid Tucson

Join RTX as a Finance Analyst II supporting aerospace and defense programs from a hybrid Tucson, Arizona role. The position focuses on SAP data extraction, reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Description

  • Produce recurring financial reports and performance metrics with established tools and direction.
  • Retrieve and organize information from SAP, Analysis for Office, and related finance systems.
  • Assist with account reconciliations, variance analysis, and ongoing finance activities.
  • Validate financial data during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Help develop and update spreadsheets, charts, and presentation materials.
  • Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Contracts teams to advance accurate, disciplined financial execution.

Requirements

  • Earn a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field by the start date.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • U.S. citizenship is required because program or contract information is restricted to U.S. citizens.
  • Prior project experience in finance or analytics is preferred.
  • Experience developing basic presentations or financial visualizations is preferred.
  • Strong mathematical ability and spreadsheet skills are preferred.
