Description
- Guide clients from mortgage application through closing and resolve concerns
- Build relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, personal contacts, and past clients
- Review clients’ financial circumstances and recommend appropriate loan products
- Assess credit, employment, income, assets, property, and related documentation for financing eligibility
- Develop mortgage referral partnerships and communicate Rocket Mortgage’s value
- Educate clients on home purchases, refinancing, and mortgage management
- Grow and manage a book of business that generates referrals and revenue
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and referral partners
- Keep current with loan products, qualification standards, and process updates
- Represent Rocket Mortgage at civic and community events to support business development and lead generation
Requirements
- Mortgage loan origination experience
- Required state and federal licenses
- Demonstrated success generating referrals and producing lead volume
- Strong professional communication, time management, teamwork, results orientation, and critical and strategic thinking skills
- Three years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred
- Motivation to work and develop in an entrepreneurial environment
