End User Computing Administrator - Uline (On-Site)
Uline is hiring an on-site End User Computing Administrator to support software, hardware, endpoint security, and technology operations. The role is based in Pleasant Prairie and focuses on reliable workplace computing services.
Description
- Evaluate and deploy software applications that support dependable business technology.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems, resolving issues directly or routing complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Safeguard company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
- Recommend and record technology and process improvements that strengthen system performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration, or end-user computing.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments with endpoint management, virtualization, and core networking technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
