Tavsif

  • Evaluate and deploy software applications that support dependable business technology.
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems, resolving issues directly or routing complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Safeguard company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
  • Recommend and record technology and process improvements that strengthen system performance and operational efficiency.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration, or end-user computing.
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments with endpoint management, virtualization, and core networking technologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
  • Ability to work on-site.
  • Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
