E-Commerce Manager (Hybrid, Vienna)

Lead market performance, campaigns, and conversion optimization for waterdrop’s sustainable hydration products. This full-time hybrid role is based at the company’s Vienna headquarters.

Description

  • Manage daily operations for the assigned e-commerce market.
  • Own performance targets and initiatives supporting sales and profitability goals.
  • Analyze and report sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Use market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
  • Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
  • Perform regular site checks to maintain reliable functionality.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate stock concerns and keep product information accurate.
  • Partner with the CRO Manager to test and implement conversion improvements.
  • Lead and support projects that increase sales, improve operations, and strengthen the customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least three years of demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations.
  • A record of delivering measurable business growth.
  • Industry experience in food and beverage, consumer goods, lifestyle, health and wellness, or a comparable field is advantageous.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • German, French, or another European language is a strong advantage.
  • An analytical approach and practical familiarity with analytics tools.
  • The ability to manage several projects at once while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce developments, tools, and technologies.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience is strongly preferred.
