Digital Customer Marketing Executive (Hybrid, Australia)

Description
- Deliver digital and eCommerce activations across priority customer channels
- Refine online customer journeys to increase visibility, traffic, and conversion
- Coordinate activation calendars, content development, and campaign delivery
- Analyse digital and campaign data to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities
- Work with Sales, Brand, and customers on initiatives that drive digital growth
- Showcase leading wine brands through digital and eCommerce experiences
Requirements
- Background in digital, customer, shopper, or performance marketing
- Advanced analytical ability and a track record of converting data into practical actions
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Commercially minded approach with enthusiasm for effective campaign delivery
- Strong organisation and planning skills for managing competing priorities
- Collaborative working style with confidence partnering across Sales and Marketing
