Developer Relations Engineer
Help developers build with Storyblok’s headless CMS through code samples, documentation, and technical support. Connect with communities, partners, and customers through workshops, events, and product advocacy.

- Help developers, partner agencies, and customers adopt Storyblok and build headless architectures.
- Lead workshops, create tutorials and documentation, join webinars, record instructional videos, and demonstrate the product.
- Develop sample applications, prototypes, and code examples.
- Find and document gaps and technical issues in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services.
- Support external developers in resolving missing functionality and technical problems.
- Contribute code improvements and bug fixes to public open-source projects, including SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits.
- Recommend new or improved headless CMS features based on conversations with customers and the developer community.
- Engage with and support the community on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
- Represent Storyblok at online and in-person events and speaking engagements.
- Help shape the roadmap for documentation, tutorials, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Bring at least five years of web development experience.
- Have experience with CMS platforms; headless CMS experience is an advantage.
- Know how to work with RESTful APIs; experience with GraphQL APIs is an advantage.
- Be proficient in at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte.
- Have public speaking experience.
- Have experience organizing meetups or other events.
- Bring strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Have a strong command of English.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues across departments.
- Show confidence, attention to detail, and motivation to support organizational growth.
- Be passionate about and knowledgeable in advanced web development and current trends.
- Be AI-literate and able to use AI tools with sound judgment and critical thinking.
