Description

  • Build scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that show cost, utilization, and network performance.
  • Create and optimize data pipelines with SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
  • Convert complex healthcare data into actionable business insights.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to establish reporting strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Enhance reporting through automation, standardization, and performance tuning.
  • Create data-quality and validation frameworks.
  • Train stakeholders in data interpretation and self-service analytics.
  • Provide focused analyses to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including complex queries and validation across multiple data sources.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports with tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with skill in turning data into business insights.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clear communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Healthcare analytics experience involving cost, utilization, or network performance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with provider reimbursement models or network analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics or process automation is preferred.
  • Home-based work requires cable broadband or fiber-optic internet service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
