Description
- Run client discovery workshops to review data platforms, identity frameworks, integrations, and business needs
- Create scalable architectures spanning Snowflake, Databricks, mParticle, Hightouch, Braze, and broader MarTech environments
- Set standards for data models, identity resolution, consent, governance, and data quality across brands and markets
- Build technical roadmaps, define delivery phases, estimate work, and obtain client approval before implementation
- Assess data tools and technologies based on business needs, performance targets, and commercial goals
- Direct Data Engineering teams delivering and improving batch, event-driven, and low-latency pipelines
- Implement data validation, monitoring, performance tuning, and consistent engineering practices
- Present complex analysis and technical designs as clear recommendations tied to client business value
- Coach engineers and consultants, lead technical reviews, and encourage continuous improvement across delivery teams
- Contribute to proposals, pitches, workshops, and strategic initiatives while identifying opportunities to grow client engagements
