Description

  • Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to define business problems, success metrics, and data-informed decisions.
  • Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to uncover trends, root causes, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports tracking business performance, product initiatives, and key metrics.
  • Develop hypotheses, independently structure analytical problems, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Generate insights that inform strategic and operational decisions for business teams and management.
  • Track business and product performance, investigate emerging trends, and identify their underlying drivers.
  • Keep analytical models, queries, and reporting solutions aligned with evolving requirements and data structures.
  • Help improve and automate recurring analysis and reporting workflows.
  • Present analytical findings through clear narratives, visualizations, and stakeholder-focused presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • At least three years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a comparable role.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases and large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, analytical methods, and KPI development.
  • Practical experience using Tableau or comparable business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to turn unclear business questions into structured analytical problems.
  • Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis in business terms.
  • Ability to manage several analytical requests and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Python or a comparable analytical programming language is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and AI-powered tools is a plus.
  • Curiosity about emerging analytics and AI technologies is a plus.
