Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service through the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Foster a positive team culture where colleagues can share ideas, suggestions, and concerns
  • Support customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom operations
  • Handle daily retail duties, including point-of-sale transactions, replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty promotion, cleaning, and recovery standards
  • Work with Store Management to improve individual key performance indicators through sales-focused techniques
  • Apply Asset Protection procedures covering shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold at least an SPM or O Level qualification
  • Bring one to two years of work experience, preferably in retail
  • Speak fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Be available for rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
  • Have basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Be able to use a retail point-of-sale system
  • Show motivation to succeed in a fast-growing, fast-paced retail environment
