Content Author - Thomson Reuters (Hybrid, Manila)

Create and validate structured customer content in Adobe Experience Manager for Thomson Reuters’ information and technology products. Support trusted content across global professional markets through accurate, well-organized publishing.

Description

  • Research source material from multiple resources and create, edit, and maintain clear, accurate customer-facing content
  • Manage end-to-end content production in Adobe Experience Manager, including coding, copyreading, editing, merging, DITA formatting, and quality checks
  • Convert incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear source material into organized customer content
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of assigned content
  • Resolve routine content issues and escalate problems that require clarification
  • Prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teammates
  • Test and review content in multiple formats
  • Recommend incremental improvements to content processes
  • Apply product knowledge to improve workflows and content for strategic products
  • Build familiarity over time with the team’s content, systems, tools, and broader product knowledge

Requirements

  • Follow structured, multi-step content workflows while identifying opportunities to improve them
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and deliver accurate, complete, quality-checked work
  • Write effectively across different content types
  • Edit and write using a consistent, suitable tone and style
  • Work confidently with incomplete, conflicting, or multi-source information and recognize when escalation is needed
  • Learn new product contexts quickly
  • Collaborate effectively in a team and understand the responsibilities of team members
  • Exposure to AI-assisted content tools or workflows is preferred
  • Familiarity with knowledge maps or other structured-content models is preferred
  • Basic content or data analytics skills are preferred
  • Experience with DITA or another structured-authoring framework is preferred
  • Experience with a component content management system is preferred
  • Broader content creation experience, including digital, consumer-facing, or SEO content, is preferred
  • Strong product knowledge in a strategic product area is preferred
