Description

  • Support global entrepreneurs and businesses across business operations, administrative operations, chief of staff, project management, data analytics, finance operations, and marketing operations
  • Work directly with clients to help achieve their operational, financial, strategic, or personal goals
  • Collaborate with executives, cross-functional teams, external partners, and specialists as required by the role
  • Receive ongoing guidance and support from an Operations Manager
  • Pursue continuous professional growth and development

Requirements

  • Bring at least four years of experience in your area of expertise
  • Communicate professionally in English across reading, writing, and conversation
  • Manage priorities independently while delivering consistently high-quality work
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness in diverse, remote-first teams
  • Be familiar with the tools, systems, and workflows used in your field
  • Show curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and motivation to grow and make an impact
  • Be able to work split shifts with some overlap with the client’s time zone
  • Attend in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks
