Commercial Contract Specialist - Nestlé Professional (Hybrid)
Manage customer contracts for Nestlé Professional’s roasted-coffee business, including SAP records, customer equipment coordination, and investment reporting.
Description
- Keep SAP records accurate and current so customer contracts can be prepared correctly.
- Administer executed contracts and maintain their filing systems.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of customer investments.
- Assign equipment to customers according to contract requirements.
- Oversee equipment delivery and collection, including related SAP documentation.
- Compile reports and supporting data for customer contract and investment analysis.
- Work within Nestlé Professional’s Customer Supply Chain team to administer contracts for the roasted-coffee business.
Requirements
- A university degree or comparable higher-education qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience working with databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Confident communication style and an assertive approach.
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities, supported by critical and analytical thinking.
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and manage stress.
