Description

  • Start each sales route with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials.
  • Build rapport with customers and learn about their organizational needs.
  • Tour homes to identify opportunities for custom storage solutions.
  • Explain the company’s products and services to customers.
  • Use sales training and communication skills to help residential customers address their home organization needs.
  • Recommend closet designs and complete sales.
  • Respond to candidates within 24 hours and complete the hiring process within seven days.

Requirements

  • No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
  • Able to receive coaching.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to complete 12 weeks of paid sales training.
  • Reliable access to a motor vehicle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Auto insurance.
  • Able to enter residential homes, recommend closet designs, and complete sales.
