Clinical Operations Associate - Brazil Remote
Support clinical trial teams at Parexel with study documentation, site payments, supplies, and Trial Master File activities in a remote Brazil-based role.
Description
- Support clinical study teams with administrative and operational coordination
- Manage site payments and clinical trial supplies
- Maintain and organize essential study records in electronic systems
- Complete Trial Master File activities that support inspection readiness
- Track, collect, scan, file, and process study documents and Case Report Forms
- Provide limited site-facing assistance in collaboration with Clinical Research Associates
- Coordinate closely with Clinical Research Associates and project teams throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
Requirements
- Prior experience at a clinical research site, such as in a Site Coordinator or Research Coordinator role
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
- University degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field
