Client Reporting Analyst III - Plano Onsite

Develop automated reports, dashboards, ETL workflows, and data models for Bank of America. Deliver reporting solutions that help management make informed decisions.

Description

  • Create reports that inform management decisions
  • Handle each stage of the reporting development lifecycle
  • Meet with clients to clarify needs and define requirements
  • Conduct data research and discovery
  • Collect and automate data sources
  • Build clear report visualizations
  • Oversee report deployment and user onboarding
  • Build, maintain, and improve components of enterprise reporting platforms
  • Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and scorecards with Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau
  • Develop and maintain automated ETL workflows across multiple database platforms
  • Evaluate varied database sources, including relational structures, dimensional models, and cubes
  • Create and implement relational data models
  • Work with business stakeholders to convert business needs into technical specifications
  • Maintain standard documentation, metadata, workflows, and desktop procedures
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide regular project updates

Requirements

  • At least three years of direct experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and SAS
  • At least three years of experience in data reporting
  • High school diploma, GED, secondary school credential, or equivalent
  • Experience with LoanIQ, data, and databases is preferred
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools, including MicroStrategy and Tableau
  • Experience creating automated ETL workflows across multiple database platforms
  • Understanding of relational structures, dimensional data models, and cubes
  • Ability to design and implement relational data models
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications
  • Familiarity with metadata, detailed workflows, and desktop procedures
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Availability for first-shift work in the United States
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
