Chief of Staff, Go-to-Market (Germany Remote)
Support multi-market go-to-market execution at 1KOMMA5°’s clean-energy platform. Monitor KPIs, coordinate teams, and convert strategic priorities into action.
Description
- Manage the Go-to-Market Director’s operating rhythm
- Convert strategic priorities into plans, timelines, and immediate actions
- Monitor performance data and KPIs across markets
- Surface issues early with insights that support decisions
- Build project-management systems and processes for complex, multi-market initiatives
- Own and deliver next steps from start to finish
- Create briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Coordinate Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams across markets
- Track commitments and maintain momentum across cross-functional initiatives
- Represent the Go-to-Market Director’s priorities in communications and discussions
- Strengthen the Go-to-Market function’s operating model
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Chief of Staff, business operations, analyst, or another high-rigor role
- Experience in technology, scale-ups, or energy is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive approach with the judgment to anticipate needs, take initiative, and seek support when appropriate
- Strong project-management capabilities
- Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Strong data and analytical skills, including the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights
- Fast, dependable execution and the ability to turn priorities into next-day actions
- Professional fluency in written and spoken German and English at C1/C2 level
