Description

  • Develop and deliver a national marketing strategy to grow revenue and strengthen the brand across multiple states
  • Manage the complete marketing funnel across paid media, SEO/SEM, public relations, television and radio, influencer programs, community outreach, and brand storytelling
  • Expand the marketing organization from 12 professionals to 15–25 or more
  • Recruit, coach, and establish career development pathways for high-performing team members
  • Set and monitor KPIs such as CAC, CPL, cost per signed case, and ROI
  • Create dashboards and reporting rhythms that support weekly and monthly strategic decisions
  • Tailor campaigns for Miami, Orlando, New York City, and Texas, including bilingual audiences
  • Ensure marketing activities meet state-specific Bar and legal advertising requirements
  • Manage the annual marketing budget
  • Negotiate vendor and media agreements while holding partners accountable for ROI
  • Use Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-powered tools to improve processes and scale performance
  • Partner with Intake, Legal Operations, and Sales to create a unified, high-converting client journey
  • Serve on the Executive Leadership Team and connect marketing results to firm-wide business strategy

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of senior marketing leadership experience, such as CMO, VP, or SVP roles
  • Experience managing at least 7 direct reports and teams of 20 or more
  • Demonstrated success scaling marketing at a company that grew from $50 million to at least $250 million with 30% or greater year-over-year growth
  • Experience managing annual budgets exceeding $10 million with measurable ROI
  • Advanced full-funnel expertise across SEO, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Local Service Ads, YouTube, SEMrush, television and radio, public relations, and influencer marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools
  • Marketing experience in a regulated sector such as legal, healthcare, insurance, or financial services
  • Working knowledge of compliance and reputation-led customer acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work on-site in Miami Lakes or work remotely while traveling to the New York and Texas offices as needed
  • Strong preference for English/Spanish bilingual ability, Hispanic or multicultural marketing experience, and multi-state expansion experience
  • Employment is contingent on verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States
  • Completion of Form I-9 and submission of acceptable documentation are required
