Cargill is seeking a hybrid Data Analyst in Crevin, France, to manage integrated business planning, volume forecasts, contribution margins, and production analysis. The role supports financial reporting, performance insights, and analytical tools for the food and agriculture business.

Description

  • Coordinate the integrated business planning process
  • Verify volume forecasts and contribution margin accuracy
  • Direct the business’s integrated planning cycle
  • Work with related business teams to interpret sales, pricing, volume, and margin data
  • Review and validate production variables included in financial statements
  • Assess how production variables affect the business’s final financial results
  • Collaborate with finance to build and implement tools for results and forecasting analysis
  • Present business performance by product line and category
  • Resolve moderately complex issues independently with limited supervision
  • Refer more complex matters to the appropriate personnel
  • Complete additional assigned responsibilities

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • At least two years of relevant work experience
  • Practical experience using dashboards and comparing forecasts with financial reports
  • Proven ability to analyze financial statements against projections
  • Experience examining costs for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, process variables, and freight
