Remote IT Business Analyst I
Support Mission Produce’s Dynamics 365 ERP environment, integrations, user security, and IT projects. The company supplies fresh avocados, mangos, and blueberries worldwide.
Description
- Collect business needs to guide solution design and delivery by the Development Team
- Provide technical guidance to internal resources when needed
- Join technical discussions on Dynamics 365 and application integrations
- Document functional needs for custom development
- Work with IT functional teams and business units
- Assist with application upgrades and introduction of new services
- Handle daily Dynamics 365 and service desk support
- Help design, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 user access controls
- Assist with audit and user security reporting
- Track Microsoft service outage plans and feature releases
- Coordinate testing, training, and support with IT and business stakeholders
- Help maintain integrations between applications, systems, and processes
- Partner with IT Project Managers on large initiatives
- Independently manage and deliver smaller IT projects
- Prepare solution presentations with input from cross-functional teams
- Support application quality assurance and coordinate end-user testing
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and training
- At least two years supporting and delivering ERP technical solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Basic ability to create process documentation
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Availability to work Eastern Time hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET
- Ability to take on-call shifts and work outside regular hours as business needs require
- Willingness to travel, if needed, to other remote sites, including internationally
- Preferred: experience with large-scale ERP implementations, the software development life cycle, and IT operations
- Preferred: experience working closely with software development teams
- Preferred: experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics
- Preferred: EDI experience
- Spanish-English bilingual ability is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
